Court Administration is responsible for overseeing functions of the Court, pursuant to the Ohio Supreme Court's Rules of Superintendence. The Court Administrator is responsible for policy implementation, human resource management, fiscal administration, strategic planning, information management, technology management, jury management, mediation services, community relations, and research and advisory services.
In 2024, Court Administrator Brandy Hartman graduated from the National Center for State Courts' Certified Court Manager program and was appointed by Chief Justice Sharon L. Kennedy to a three-year term on the Supreme Court of Ohio's Advisory Committee on Case Management. Through this role, she advocates for consistency, transparency, and efficiency in Ohio's courts - aiming to reduce delays, improve access to justice, and ensure resources are allocated appropriately to serve the public.
